The Institute of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities is one of the two largest centers for training human resources for journalism and communication in the country. The Institute is the only unit implementing two undergraduate training programs in Journalism and Public Relations. The Institute is also a pioneer in implementing postgraduate training programs: Master of Journalism, Master of Applied Journalism, Master of Journalism and Communication Management, Master of Communication Management in association with Stirling University (UK), PhD in Journalism. In recent years, the Institute has promoted cooperation with many localities to implement Master of Applied Journalism training to improve the quality of human resources for journalism and communication in the provinces.
Welcoming the Vice President of VNU, Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong (Director of Journalism and Communication Training) shared about the Institute's training orientations in the future and expressed her desire to contribute to the common development of VNU.
