Hanoi National University and Nhan Dan Newspaper officially sign cooperation agreement.

Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, and President of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Deputy Editors-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper: Que Dinh Nguyen, Phan Van Hung, and Dinh Nhu Hoan; Editor-in-Chief of Vietnamnet Newspaper Pham Anh Tuan; and Editor-in-Chief of Dan Tri Newspaper Pham Tuan Anh. Representing Hanoi National University were Director and Party Secretary Le Quan, Deputy Directors Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hieu and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Bao Son, and representatives from various functional departments of Hanoi National University. Representing the University of Social Sciences and Humanities were Rector Hoang Anh Tuan and Vice Rectors Dao Thanh Truong and Dang Thi Thu Huong.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU), Le Quan, expressed his gratitude to the Nhan Dan newspaper and other media outlets for their support, attention, and assistance in helping VNU fulfill its mission to the country and society. In the context of a rapidly changing digital society, VNU has also been making significant strides to further affirm its prestige and position as a leading multidisciplinary research and training institution in the country, approaching international standards. VNU and the Nhan Dan newspaper have strong potential and opportunities for cooperation in many areas to continue contributing to society in the future.

Mr. Le Quoc Minh expressed his pleasure at visiting the new campus of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) in Hoa Lac and felt the many changes and new vitality from the leadership and staff there. The leadership team of the newspaper is always aware of the importance of VNU in the country's research and training system and expressed confidence in the effectiveness of cooperation between the two units.

Sharing about the recent developments of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh emphasized: With a tradition of over 71 years of development, Nhan Dan Newspaper is the mouthpiece of the Party, one of the most important newspapers in the national press system, and a place where many outstanding and famous journalists have worked and contributed to the revolutionary journalism of Vietnam. The cooperation agreement between Nhan Dan Newspaper and Vietnam National University, Hanoi aims to strengthen cooperative relations and share experiences to leverage the potential and strengths of both institutions in addressing practical issues in information and communication, human resource development, scientific research, and technology transfer to serve the socio-economic development and international integration of the country and the development of each institution. The cooperation will focus on the following main areas: Human resource training and development; Scientific research and knowledge transfer; Information, communication, and image promotion.
