The conference will be a forum for experts, scientists, managers, teachers and learners to share and publish research results on contents related to the topic "50 years of national reunification - the journey towards the era of national development". The Organizing Committee of the conference hopes that through this academic activity, it will contribute to raising awareness and responsibility of generations in continuing the tradition of their ancestors, actively studying, working, and creating, contributing to bringing the country into a new era - the era of development of the Vietnamese people.
1. Time, location, form of organization
- Time: Expected 13:00 - 17:00, Friday, April 25, 2025;
- Venue: University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM, 10-12 Dinh Tien Hoang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City;
- Form of organization: direct.
2. Content of the Workshop
The workshop focuses on the following main contents:
- Historical and epochal significance of the April 30, 1975 Victory for the cause of national construction and development over the past 50 years (1975-2025);
- Achievements and lessons learned in economic and social construction and development after 50 years of national reunification;
- Opportunities, prospects, orientations, solutions, policies, and resources to bring the country into an era of growth after 50 years of unification.
3. Writing rules
Deadline for receipt of abstracts and full papers
- Deadline for name registration and article abstract submission:until March 10, 2025;
- Deadline for receiving full text articles:until April 10, 2025.
4. Subjects participating in writing articles
- Scientists, researchers, lecturers and postgraduate students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-Hanoi.
- Experts, scientists, managers, teachers and everyone interested in the topic of the Workshop.
5. Article submission format
- The full text article file is named: author name_article name.docx;
- Writing language: Vietnamese;
- The article is typed on one side of A4 paper (210 x 297 mm), Times New Roman (Unicode) font, size 13, left margin 3 cm, right margin 2 cm, top margin 2.5 cm, bottom margin 2.5 cm (including images), line spacing 1.5 lines;
- Articles sent to the Organizing Committee include: Title; Author/author group name; Summary (about 150-200 words); Keywords (3-5 words); Article content (no more than 8000 words); References; Author information (full name, work unit, phone number, email, contact address);
- The citation of references will be carried out in accordance with the "Regulations on citation and anti-plagiarism" under Decision No. 03/QD-XHNV-TTPC-SHTT dated January 23, 2024 issued by the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM;
- Articles submitted to the Conference must not have been published in other Books, Journals and Conference Proceedings. Articles will be checked for data duplication according to the regulations of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM and evaluated through an independent review process by reputable experts and scientists.
- Qualified articles will be selected to report at the Conference and printed in the Conference proceedings with ISBN index, expected to be published in August 2025 at Hanoi National University Publishing House.
