On June 11, 2025, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) welcomed and worked with Mr. HAMAYA Kenichi, representative of the Sumitomo Foundation (Japan).

This morning, June 11, 2025, representatives of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) and Jeonnam Research Institute (JNI), Korea had a working session and signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in many aspects of activities.

On the morning of June 10, 2025, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) coordinated with the Trade Union of the Faculty of Information and Library to organize a seminar with the topic "Application of AI in organizing meetings".

The first course "The Essence of Oriental Philosophy" organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-USSH), focusing on applying Philosophy to business administration, successfully closed on June 7, 2025 after a memorable journey of learning and sharing.

On June 4, 2025, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) coordinated with the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh province (People's Committee of Ninh Binh province) and the Institute of Han Nom Studies (Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences) to organize the international scientific conference "Han Nom inscriptions of Non Nuoc mountain: Potential of documentary heritage".

On June 12, 2025, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi will organize the forum "Connecting Technology and Innovation in Vietnamese Journalism and Media 2025" with the theme: "The Power of AI for Young Media Workers".

On June 2, 2025, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-USSH), President Hoang Anh Tuan chaired the University's meeting. Attending the meeting were the Party Secretary, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vice Presidents, Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries of Party cells, Heads, Deputy Heads of units, Chief Accountant, Editor-in-Chief of the Magazine and leaders of mass organizations.

On June 10, 2025, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi will welcome Mr. HAMAYA Kenichi, representative of the Sumitomo Foundation, to introduce and promote the Japan-related Research Grant Program for fiscal year 2025.

On May 28, 2025, the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, had a meeting with Mr. Rogelio Polanco Fuente - Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam and Professor Rogelio Sierra Díaz - Director of the Raúl Roa García Institute for Advanced International Relations (Cuba).

This morning, May 24, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) organized the first exam (Literature) of the entrance exam for grade 10 of the High School for the Gifted in Social Sciences and Humanities for the 2025-2026 school year.

On May 23, 2025, in a solemn, warm and affectionate atmosphere, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi was honored and proud to organize a ceremony to celebrate the 90th birthday and "Honorary Lecture", launching the new publication "The Teacher and the Books" of Professor, People's Teacher Ha Minh Duc - one of the giants of Vietnamese social sciences and humanities, an exemplary teacher, a dedicated teacher and a great scholar with profound influence on the academic and cultural life of the country.
