International Scientific Conference: "From the August Revolution to the New Era of Development: The Nation's Foundation, Potential, Position, and International Prestige"

The conference serves as a forum for domestic and international scientists and researchers to review, evaluate, and affirm the historical values ​​and contemporary significance of the August Revolution, while also analyzing the 80-year journey of building and developing Vietnam, and positioning its place and prestige on the international stage in the new era.
Time: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM, Friday, August 15, 2025.
Location: University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi) The conference will begin with the Opening and Plenary Sessions in Hall E8, taking place from 8:00 to 9:30. These sessions will be chaired by professors and leading experts from the two Universities of Social Sciences and Humanities under the two National Universities. Notably, the plenary session will feature important presentations from prestigious international scholars.
From 9:45 to 11:45, the workshop will continue with in-depth sessions in 3 subcommittees:
- Subcommittee 1 (Room E302): The August Revolution of 1945 in Vietnamese history and its international standing.
- Subcommittee 2 (Room E307): 80 years of national construction and development (1945-2025).
- Subcommittee 3 (Room E304): Vietnam in the new era of development.
Each subcommittee will be a platform for insightful presentations, offering multifaceted analyses of Vietnam's history, politics, diplomacy, and development over the past 80 years, as well as outlining future directions.
