The program aims to provide learners with basic knowledge and essential professional skills, effectively serving professional work in modern offices, while meeting the certification standards in application files, recruitment or appointment to professional titles.

- Officials, civil servants and public employees currently working in the administrative - office field in general at state agencies, enterprises, and organizations at central and local levels;
- Students of secondary schools, colleges and universities (especially students about to graduate, who want to work in business offices and government agencies);

3. Course output standards- Regarding knowledge: Learners grasp basic knowledge about the tasks, roles, positions and basic skills and operations of secretaries in general and executive secretaries in particular such as: information collection and processing, document drafting and management, receptionist operations; some necessary skills such as: consulting skills, administrative communication skills, time management skills,...
- Regarding skills: Learners are able to undertake and perform well the work of a secretary or administrative assistant in the offices of agencies, organizations and businesses.
- Regarding attitude: Learners are aware of the position and role of the secretary and leadership secretary positions in agencies and organizations.

- 4 x 6 portrait photo (write full name, date of birth, and place of birth on the back of the photo).

7. Tuition:- Online tuition fee is: 3,200,000 VND (Three million two hundred thousand VND)/01 student/01 course (including certificate fee). Students pay for their own accommodation and travel expenses.
- 20% discount on tuition fees for full-time students of Secondary Schools, Colleges, Universities nationwide and groups of 5 or more students.
