The program aims to provide learners with fundamental knowledge and essential professional skills to effectively serve their professional work in a modern office environment, while also meeting the certification standards required for recruitment, selection, or appointment to professional positions.
1. Eligibility Criteria:- Chief and Deputy Chief of Office; Head and Deputy Head of Administrative Department/Division; Office Staff; Office Secretary; Assistant or Private Secretary for leadership and management positions… of state agencies, enterprises or political-social organizations, social-professional organizations.
- Officials, civil servants, and public employees currently working in the administrative and office sector in general at state agencies, enterprises, and organizations at the central and local levels;
- Students from vocational schools, colleges, and universities (especially graduating students who need to work in corporate offices or government agencies);
- Organizations and individuals who need training in secretarial skills.

3. Course learning outcomes- In terms of knowledge: Learners will grasp the basic knowledge about the duties, roles, positions, and fundamental skills and professional practices of secretaries in general and executive secretaries in particular, such as: information gathering and processing, document drafting and management, and reception; as well as some essential skills such as: advisory skills, administrative communication skills, time management skills, etc.
- In terms of skills: Learners will be able to assume and perform well the duties of a secretary or administrative assistant in the offices of agencies, organizations, and businesses.
- Regarding attitude: Learners understand the position and role of the secretary and executive secretary positions within an agency or organization.
4. Application documents:- Course registration form (according to template).
- Photocopy of National Identity Card/Citizen ID Card, student ID card.
- A 4 x 6 cm portrait photograph (write your full name, date of birth, and place of birth on the back of the photo).
5. Type of diploma awarded:- Upon completion of the training course and if all course requirements are met, trainees will be awarded a certificate by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

6. Time and location for submitting applications:- Time: Weekdays from Monday to Friday (during business hours).
- Application submission location: Department of Archival Studies and Office Management, Room 410, Building B, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi (applicants can submit their applications directly to the Department or send them by mail).
7. Tuition fees:- The tuition fee for online courses is: 3,200,000 VND (Three million two hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong) per student per course (including certificate issuance fee). Students are responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses.
- 20% tuition fee reduction for full-time students of vocational schools, colleges, and universities nationwide, and for groups of 5 or more students.
