The Congress discussed and contributed opinions to documents, elected the Party Cell for the 2025-2027 term and passed the Resolution of the Congress.

On the afternoon of March 10, 2025, Party Cell IV of the Rectorate Block of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) held the Congress for the 2025-2027 term with the participation of all Party members in the Cell.
