Thousands of prospective students are seeking information about the 28 training programs offered by VNU-USSH.

Held at the Hanoi University of Technology campus (1 Dai Co Viet Street, Bach Mai Ward, Hanoi), the 2025 University Admissions Application Fair, organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Training, featured 300 booths from various universities and attracted a large number of interested candidates from Hanoi and other provinces.
Here, experts from the Ministry of Education and Training and universities directly answered pressing questions from candidates and parents regarding the 2025 admission regulations, how to identify and set appropriate preferences, how to adjust and supplement preferences... to increase their chances of being admitted to their preferred school and major. Here, the two counseling booths of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities were always crowded with candidates and parents. Teachers from the university's 16 faculties/institutes answered many questions from candidates about issues they were interested in, right after receiving their high school exam results and facing numerous choices.

In 2025, the university will enroll 2,650 students in its regular undergraduate programs (a 15% increase compared to 2024) across 28 majors, using three admission methods (methods 301, 401, and 100). This year, in addition to popular majors such as Psychology, Public Relations, Journalism, and International Studies, many other programs are also available.basic scienceOther subjects that attract a lot of interest and are desired by many candidates include: Literature, History, Anthropology, Linguistics, etc.
Previously, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities had participated in advising and providing information to tens of thousands of candidates in various provinces and cities (Hai Phong, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, etc.) and organized sessions.online consultationon the school's Facebook channel.
Students need to closely follow and update information on the school's official communication channels (website, fanpage), promptly grasping the latest information on admission score ranges, information on majors, quotas, and admission combinations for each major, etc., in order to make the most effective decisions and maximize their chances of admission.    

Candidates should note that, according to regulations from the Ministry of Education and Training, they can register their college application preferences online from July 16th to 5 PM on July 28th (with no limit on the number of preferences). After this deadline, candidates will not be able to change their registered preferences. From July 29th to 5 PM on August 5th, candidates must pay the application fee online through the system.
From 5 PM on July 23rd, educational institutions will announce the minimum application scores and equivalent admission scores on their systems and websites.
Training institutions will announce the list of successful candidates in the first round from 5 PM on August 22nd. Candidates must confirm their enrollment online through the system from 5 PM on August 30th. Training institutions (with remaining vacancies) will announce supplementary admissions from September 1st.
