Thousands of candidates learn about 28 training majors of VNU-USSH

Taking place at the campus of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (No. 1 Dai Co Viet, Bach Mai Ward, Hanoi), the 2025 Admission Choice Day organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Training with the participation of 300 consulting booths of universities attracted a large number of interested candidates from Hanoi and other provinces.
Here, experts from the Ministry of Education and Training and universities directly answered hot questions from candidates and parents related to the 2025 admission regulations, how to identify and set appropriate wishes, how to adjust and supplement wishes... to have the opportunity to pass the entrance exam to their favorite school and major. Here, the two consulting rooms of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities are always full of candidates and their parents. Teachers from 16 faculties/institutes of the school have answered many questions from candidates about issues they are interested in right after they have just learned their high school exam scores and are facing many choices.
Information about28 training programs, admission methods, learning environment, scholarship policies, internships and practical training, job opportunities... have been provided fully and in detail by teachers so that candidates and parents have more data to choose their admission wishes.
In 2025, the school will enroll 2,650 full-time university students (an increase of 15% compared to 2024) with 28 training majors and 3 admission methods (methods 301, 401, 100). This year, in addition to "hot" majors such as Psychology, Public Relations, Journalism, International Studies..., manybasic scienceare also of interest to many candidates and wish to register for admission, such as: Literature, History, Anthropology, Linguistics,...
Previously, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has participated in consulting and providing information to tens of thousands of candidates in provinces and cities (Hai Phong, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh...) and organized sessions.online direct consultationon the school's facebook channel.
Students need to closely follow and update information on the School's official communication channels (website, fanpage), promptly grasp the latest information on admission scores, information on majors, quotas, admission combinations for each major, etc. to make the most effective decisions, maximizing the chance of admission.    

Candidates should note that, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates can register their admission wishes on the system from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28 (no limit on the number of wishes). After this deadline, candidates will not be able to change their registered wishes. From July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, candidates can pay the admission fee online on the system.
From 5:00 p.m. on July 23, training institutions will announce the scores for receiving application documents and equivalent converted admission scores on the system and on the websites of the training institutions.
Training institutions will notify candidates who have passed the first round of admission from 5:00 p.m. on August 22. Candidates will confirm their admission online for the first round on the system from 5:00 p.m. on August 30. Training institutions (with remaining quotas) will notify additional admissions from September 1.
