Proposing VNU-Hanoi 2022 research topics on software system

The Department of Scientific Research Management would like to send the document guiding the proposal of VNU-Hanoi level topics in 2022 on the science and technology management software system. Scientists will propose topics on the software system (http://hrm.vnu.edu.vn), then the Research Management Department specialist, the Department leader and finally the School leader approve the proposals according to the decentralized authority on the system.System submission is mandatory and must be completed by May 15, 2021.

The school respectfully requests the Faculty/Department Board to notify the scientists in the unit to propose according to the instructions of VNU. The school has collected and sent to the Science and Technology Department 17 explanatory notes of the units proposing in 2022; these teachers will continue to declare on the system.
