Proposal for a research project at Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) in 2022 via the software system.

The Research Management Department is sending out the guidelines for proposing research topics for the Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) in 2022 on the science and technology management software system. Scientists will propose topics on the software system.http://hrm.vnu.edu.vn), then the specialists in the Research Management Department, the department's leadership, and finally the university's leadership approve the proposals according to their delegated authority on the system.Submitting proposals through the system is mandatory and must be completed before May 15, 2021.

The university respectfully requests that the Deans of Faculties/Departments inform the scientists in their units to submit proposals according to the guidelines of Vietnam National University, Hanoi. The university has compiled and sent 17 proposals from various units to the Science and Technology Committee for 2022; these faculty members will continue to submit their proposals on the system.
