The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (Federal Republic of Germany) cordially invite you to attend a scientific seminar on the topic "ASEAN and the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic".

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on various regions around the world. Fear and anxiety have increased as the virus not only threatens health but also severely affects all aspects of life, from the economy and society to politics and international relations. The outbreak and spread of Covid-19 have forced countries to prioritize disease prevention and control. This has had a certain impact on cooperation activities among ASEAN countries.

The context of such complex economic and political changes necessitates that scholars and researchers understand the causes and impacts of the pandemic on countries and the international relations situation in the region.

Therefore, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is organizing a seminar with the theme "ASEAN and the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic."The aim is to analyze the various impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on ASEAN countries, how countries have responded to the pandemic, ASEAN cooperation in responding to the pandemic, and a comparison between ASEAN countries and other regions in the world; thereby, discussing proposals and policy suggestions for responding to the pandemic in the region."
