In the face of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic in the world, especially in some neighboring countries sharing borders with our country, the epidemic is breaking out strongly on a large scale; although it has been well controlled domestically, the risk of the epidemic breaking out again is always present, the Prime Minister issued urgent dispatch No. 541/CD-TTg dated April 23, 2021 directing the strengthening of the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic. Based on the content of the Prime Minister's dispatch, implementing dispatch No. 1179/ĐQGHN-CT&CTHSSV dated April 27, 2021 of the President of VNU, in order to contribute to maintaining the solid achievements in epidemic prevention and control, successfully implementing the dual goal, best protecting the health of staff and students, especially during the upcoming April 30 and May 1 holidays, the University requests units to:
- Continue to strictly implement measures to ensure prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic in new conditions according to Official Dispatch No. 500/XHNV dated March 8, 2021 of the School Principal, absolutely not subjective or negligent.
- Strengthen information, propaganda and dissemination work to ensure that all individuals fully comply with the 5K requirements of the Ministry of Health, especially wearing masks in public places, in classrooms, lecture halls, events, tourist areas, entertainment venues... with large crowds, on public transport; fully declare health according to regulations of the Hanoi People's Committee after the holiday from other localities to Hanoi.
- The Board of Directors of units must regularly inspect and urge the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures within the unit, have strict sanctions for violating groups and individuals; proactively update and prepare plans to respond to all epidemic situations.
- Continue to limit the organization of events, activities with large crowds, sightseeing, picnics... if not really necessary; in case of organization, it is necessary to strictly implement measures to ensure safety and prevent the Covid-19 epidemic according to regulations: measuring body temperature, wearing masks, keeping distance, having disinfectant solution...
The school will closely monitor the development of the epidemic situation and instructions from superiors to provide timely and appropriate guidance.
