The conference aims to encourage and promote historical research on Vietnam's territorial sovereignty, providing a solid scientific foundation to affirm and protect the country's sovereignty; and is a forum for researchers, scholars and experts in the field of history to exchange, discuss and share research results, new approaches and important findings related to territorial sovereignty.

6. Conference Proceedings:
The Organizing Committee has received 163 abstracts and 140 full-text articles from scientists and managers nationwide. The Organizing Committee will compile and publish the proceedings to preserve and disseminate the research results, discussions and contributions of experts and researchers attending the conference. The proceedings of the conference after the First National History Conference will be an important document, not only contributing to the preservation and promotion of historical heritage but also contributing to the research and protection of Vietnam's territorial sovereignty.
