English language training workshop based on the European Framework of Reference.

On November 9th and 10th, 2012, the Center for Foreign Languages ​​and Training Cooperation, in collaboration with the Cambridge English Examination Board (Cambridge ESOL), organized a workshop on "English Language Training according to the European Framework of Reference".The workshop was attended by English teachers from many universities and colleges. The workshop content included: Introduction to the PET exam and guidance on building language proficiency to achieve B1 level for students; Methods for preparing for the PET exam by skill; Introduction to the skills for constructing B1 English exam questions according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​for postgraduate students; Introduction to the FCE exam and guidance on building language proficiency to achieve B2 level for students; Methods for preparing for the FCE exam by skill. The workshop contributed to enhancing the knowledge of English teachers in implementing the Ministry of Education and Training's foreign language teaching and learning project for the period 2008-2020 on the European Framework of Reference for Languages. Most participants highly appreciated the significance and importance of the workshop. The Center for Foreign Languages ​​and Training Cooperation - University of Social Sciences and Humanities will strive to coordinate with various units to organize seminars related to education and training in order to contribute to the development of education in the country.
