The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the direct admission and priority consideration for admission to its full-time undergraduate programs in 2011.
I. Candidates eligible for direct admission and priority consideration
1. Candidates eligible for direct admissionCandidates who are members of the international Olympic team and have graduated from high school are admitted directly to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. If they have not yet graduated from high school, their admission will be deferred until after they graduate. The field of study for these candidates will be given priority consideration to match the subject in which they competed in the international Olympic competition.
2. Priority admission criteriaa) Candidates who achieved at least a consolation prize in the 2010 or 2011 National High School Student Excellence Competition for 12th graders and graduated from high school in 2011 after taking the university entrance exam using the common exam questions of the Ministry of Education and Training, with exam results at or above the minimum score set by the Ministry of Education and Training and with no subject receiving a score of 0, will be directly admitted to their priority admission major. b) The specific admission subjects are as follows: - Majors in khối C and D (except Linguistics): Literature, History, Geography, Foreign Language. - Majors in khối A, C, and D: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Literature, History, Geography, Foreign Language. - Linguistics major: Mathematics, Literature, English.

II. Application documents for direct admission and priority consideration
1. Application for direct admissionEach candidate applying for direct admission must submit a complete application to the Department of Education and Training before June 25, 2011. The application includes:
- Direct admission application formDownload the registration form);
- A notarized copy of the certificate confirming membership in the national team participating in the International Olympiad;
- High school graduation certificate from 2011;
- Two stamped envelopes, clearly stating the candidate's contact address;
- Two 4 x 6 size portrait photos.
2. Priority admission application documentsCandidates must submit their priority admission application along with their university/college entrance exam application to the Department of Education and Training within the timeframe stipulated in the 2011 university/college admissions schedule, from March 14th to April 14th, 2011, or submit them directly to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities from April 15th to 5:00 PM on April 21st, 2011.
