On April 4, 2011, the school issued official document No. 635/XHNV-ĐT regarding holidays and make-up classes in the second semester of the 2010-2011 school year.
1. Hung Kings Commemoration Day holiday and make-up class days
- Holidays: April 11th and 12th
- Make-up classes: April 9th and 16th
Note:
- The holidays all fall on Mondays and Tuesdays. Instructors teaching classes on these days need to ensure that the teaching progresses according to the semester schedule (ending May 25th).
- Classes currently scheduled for Saturdays (April 9th and 16th, May 7th and 14th) will be moved to the following Sunday (April 10th and 17th, May 8th and 15th).
- National Defense and Security Education classes are suspended and will be rescheduled according to the timetable of the National Defense and Security Education Center.
2. Review and report on teaching and remedial classes.
- The head of the department/faculty assigns staff to monitor the remedial teaching, ensuring strict adherence to the training regulations.
- The Training Department assigns staff to be on duty to support teaching.
- The Inspection Board will check the make-up classes and report the list of lecturers absent from class to the Board of Directors on the Monday immediately following the make-up class.
