On April 4, 2011, the School issued Official Dispatch No. 635/XHNV-DT regarding holidays and make-up classes in Semester II, School Year 2010-2011.
1. Hung King's Commemoration Day and Make-up Day
- Holidays: April 11 and 12
- Make-up days: April 9 and 16
Note:
- Holidays fall on Mondays and Tuesdays. Lecturers teaching classes on these days should ensure that teaching is on schedule for the semester (ending on May 25).
- Classes currently scheduled on Saturdays (April 9 and 16, May 7 and 14) will be moved to the following Sunday (April 10 and 17, May 8 and 15).
- National Defense and Security Education classes are closed and make up classes are held according to the schedule of the National Defense and Security Education Center.
2. Check and report on teaching and make-up learning
- The head of the department/faculty assigns staff to check the make-up teaching, ensuring strict implementation of training regulations.
- The Training Department assigns staff to serve teaching.
- The Inspection Committee checks the make-up teaching and reports to the Board of Directors the list of lecturers absent from teaching on the Monday following the make-up day.
