152 students received their bachelor's degrees in the first batch of 2019.

On April 22nd, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities awarded diplomas to 152 students from 17 training programs in the first graduation ceremony.

152 students received their bachelor's degrees in the first batch of 2019.

The 152 students receiving their diplomas this time come from the following fields of study: Journalism, Political Science, Oriental Studies, Sino-Vietnamese Studies, Management Science, History, Archival Studies, Linguistics, Tourism and Travel Service Management, International Studies, Public Relations, Psychology, Philosophy, Literature, Vietnamese Studies, and Sociology.

Professor and Rector Pham Quang Minh addressed the graduating class: Society is changing very rapidly. Those who possess knowledge, skills, speed, and the ability to achieve their goals sooner than others have more opportunities in their work and lives. Students in social sciences and humanities have their own unique characteristics and fields of activity. They should leverage their strengths to connect minds and hearts, contributing to positive changes in society.

62 students with excellent academic performance throughout the course were awarded by the school.

Among the 152 graduates, 34 achieved excellent academic results and 5 achieved outstanding results.

 

89 out of 152 students graduated early thanks to taking advantage of the credit-based training system.

Among the early graduates, Vietnamese Studies has the highest number of early graduates (26 students), followed by Social Work (23 students), Journalism (9 students), Linguistics (09 students), Literature (07), and Public Relations (06).

Student representatives delivered speeches expressing gratitude to their teachers and the school.
