During the meeting, Professor Pham Quang Minh introduced the University of Social Sciences and Humanities as a leading research and training institution in social sciences and humanities in Vietnam. Regarding international cooperation, the University has signed cooperation agreements with over 400 foreign partners, including Thai partners such as Burapha University, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University, and Kasetsart University. Thai students constitute the largest number among Southeast Asian students studying at the University. The Thai Studies program in the Faculty of Oriental Studies has been teaching Thai as an official foreign language. In the future, the University hopes to welcome lecturers and students from Thailand for exchange and collaboration.
On behalf of Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University, Associate Professor Dr. Artima Pantunyanon expressed gratitude for the warm welcome from the University. This visit to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities includes a delegation of seven outstanding students from seven different faculties. They will participate in an exchange and artistic performance at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Furthermore, the university wishes to renew the official memorandum of understanding signed between the two universities in 2010.

Professor Pham Quang Minh highly appreciated the idea of organizing an art exchange by Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University. The Rector believes this is a good opportunity for students from both sides to get acquainted with each other and apply the knowledge they have learned in the classroom to practice. The Rector also invited the students from the host university to participate in the Oriental Night event to be held next year at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the university.

Located in Pathumthani, Thailand, Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University was founded in 1932 and named after Princess Valaya Alongkorn. The university comprises seven faculties: Education, Agricultural Technology, Industrial Technology, Social Sciences and Humanities, Management Science, Science and Technology, and Public Health, along with a Graduate School and an Institute for Innovation Management.
