After a month of competition and eight exciting matches, the 2014 Four-Team Tournament has officially concluded. In the final two matches, there were few surprises as the higher-ranked teams all emerged victorious. New records were also set.
K58 BC&TT staged a spectacular comeback against their younger counterparts K59 BC&TT to win 3-1, securing third place for the first time and scoring three goals in a single match at the 2014 Four-Team Cup.
Meanwhile, in the final match, those expecting a balanced and exciting game were certainly disappointed. K57 BC&TT, after their heavy defeat against K56 BC&TT on the opening day, had hoped to learn valuable lessons. However, they were still drawn into K56 BC&TT's style of play and suffered a convincing 0-6 defeat.
With a tennis-set victory in the final, K56 BC&TT deservedly became the new champion of the 2014 Four-Team Cup. They won all four matches, scoring 17 goals and conceding only 2, a truly fitting ending for K56 BC&TT after four years of participating in the Four-Team Cup.
