Conference on Dissemination of Law and Review of Inspection Work

Attending the conference were Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim (Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Principal of the School) and representatives of leaders of functional departments, faculties, affiliated departments, training assistants of all systems, assistants of CT&CTSV, and inspectors of units.

During the conference, delegates listened to the introduction and dissemination of the contents of some new documents of the Government, Hanoi National University and the University on the management and operation of a higher education institution. At the same time, delegates also listened to the report on the results of inspection and legal work in the first months of 2014-2015. The conference received many comments from delegates on the work of TT&PC, focusing on training, CT&CTSV, ensuring labor discipline, school discipline, and the responsibility of the team of inspectors who hold concurrent positions in the units.

At the end of the Conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Kim suggested that the Department of Information and Communications as well as the leaders of the units need to strengthen the dissemination and popularization of legal documents related to the unit's field of operation to officers and civil servants, thereby further improving the effectiveness of management, consulting, advising, assisting...; strengthen the coordination mechanism between functional departments, affiliated centers, Faculties, Departments, Youth Union, Student Association to ensure labor discipline, school discipline; towards building a prestigious, civilized and modern educational and training environment.
