Speaking at the meeting, Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tuan extended New Year greetings to the foreign students. The Vice Rector urged them to not only improve their Vietnamese language skills during their time in Vietnam but also to take time to visit historical sites and scenic spots in Hanoi to learn more about the country's history and culture. He hoped that in the future, they could become cultural ambassadors, contributing to promoting bilateral relations between Vietnam and China.

She encouraged them to maintain an optimistic outlook to overcome challenges and to cherish their love for the Vietnamese language in their current studies and future careers.
