The presentation is about the Enabling pedagogy teaching method. Enabling pedagogy is a student-centered pedagogical method, through recognizing the diversity in learning and research abilities of each individual. Thereby, this method creates conditions and opportunities for learners to demonstrate their abilities as best as possible. In particular, students do not feel like they are being stereotyped in terms of cognition and psychology, because their differences are respected. With this method, the role of teachers does not stop at simply transmitting knowledge. Teachers must recognize the richness of students' backgrounds, needs, motivations, and learning methods; fully guide and orient students about the subject; ensure consistency and transparency in designing lectures, organizing assessments and tests; and build relationships between students.
Dr. Pham Van Min also presented some basic principles of course design to ensure students' ability to concentrate, implement course content appropriately, and evaluate students fairly. These principles help integrate the above methods to effectively support teaching and learning. At the same time, Dr. Pham Van Minh spent time discussing cooperation opportunities between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the University of South Australia in international publishing research, especially in the field of practical research, interdisciplinary research groups, case studies, research communities, etc.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector) said that the sharing of Dr. Pham Van Min is very necessary for the innovation of teaching methods that the University in particular and VNU in general are implementing. Improving pedagogical methods becomes more practical when new generations of students (such as the 10x generation) have different psychology, awareness, and habits compared to previous generations. To improve the skills of the teaching staff, the University recently organized a number of short training courses such as "Training course on skills for Homeroom Teachers and Academic Advisors" on October 19, "International training course on designing EMI courses" with the University of South Australia on December 15. The courses attracted the active and effective participation of teachers.
