- Edit news and articles: including editing title language, sapo language, sentences, and words in news and article content
- Select news articles, write and synthesize news articles, find and process photos to serve Viettel's electronic information page

- Develop detailed program scripts and propose content to be produced
- Combine with content engineering to perfect the product
- State specific technical requirements for each assigned production content and coordinate personnel in your work team for the most effective results.
- Produce content for channel value-added services
