Official sessionOn August 12th and 13th, 2010, the Congress will be held in Hall 10/12 - 144 Xuan Thuy Street - Cau Giay District - Hanoi, starting at 7:30 AM and 1:30 PM. The Congress will take place in Hall 10/12 - 144 Xuan Thuy Street - Cau Giay District - Hanoi. The 4th Congress of the Party Committee of Vietnam National University, Hanoi will review and evaluate the implementation of the Resolution of the 3rd Party Congress, analyze the situation, and propose directions and tasks for the Party Committee for the next 5 years (2011-2015). A total of 58 delegates from the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will be summoned to attend the Congress.
