Student Enrollment Guide

To facilitate a convenient and quick enrollment process for students of cohort K55 (QHX – 2010 –X), the University of Social Sciences and Humanities provides the following specific instructions for student registration:On September 5th (from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM), students should register at Building G, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. Students should check the building map beforehand to identify the correct lecture hall for registration. At the registration hall, students should prepare all necessary documents, arrange their admission letter, and wait for their name to be called.NoteStudents eligible for preferential policies must submit all necessary supporting documents to their enrollment application. After completing the enrollment procedures, students must retain their temporary residence permit to register for temporary residency with the local police station at their new address in the future. Students eligible for preferential policies who wish to reside in the dormitory can register at lecture hall 104 (1st floor - building G). Students who are Party members should submit their Party membership transfer documents at room 603, building E. After submitting all necessary documents, students should go to lecture hall 103 (1st floor - building I) to have their photo taken for their student ID card.
