Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan (University of Social Sciences and Humanities), in his report "Building a New Leadership and Management Style Model in the Current Conditions of Vietnam," emphasized the requirements for building a new leadership and management style in Vietnam today: Besides inheriting the valuable qualities of our nation from ancient times—diligence, love of labor, intelligence, and creativity—the new leadership and management style must also possess high sensitivity and flexibility to seize opportunities and make rational decisions. Furthermore, it needs to be practical, accurately determine the economic effectiveness of each decision, and propose specific, optimal solutions to address the challenges posed by the integration process. Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac (Institute of Culture and Development), on the other hand, addressed a more specific issue, closer to the people, namely "Strengthening grassroots democracy and developing leadership and management culture at the grassroots level." Regarding solutions for reforming leadership and management culture, Dr. Tran Van Hai (University of Social Sciences and Humanities) stated: Reforming the legal system aims to promote the process of reforming leadership culture; therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the legal system to meet current and future requirements. Studying the experiences of Southeast Asian countries in the process of industrialization and modernization, Dr. Tran Hiep affirmed the need to inherit the traditional leadership and management culture of the nation and absorb the best aspects of global leadership culture; it is necessary to implement democracy and expand democracy. The conference emphasized the need for transparency, combating corruption and bureaucracy, developing education, and valuing talent. In addition, many other reports received specific discussions and analyses, such as: "Inheriting the Legacy of Social Management and Administration from the Past" – Prof. Dr. Dang Canh Khanh (Institute for Traditional and Development Studies), "Innovating Leadership and Management Culture: Perspectives – Solutions" – Assoc.
