In accordance with the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is holding its 26th Party Congress. The plan for the Party branch congresses and the Party Committee congress is as follows:
In accordance with the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is holding its 26th Party Congress. The plan for the Party branch congresses and the Party Committee congress is as follows:

I. PARTY BRANCH CONGRESS

1. TimeParty branches held their congresses from April 20 to May 20, 2010.2. Contents of the Congress- Discuss and provide feedback on the draft Political Report of the Party Committee to be presented at the 26th Party Congress. - Discuss and provide feedback on the draft Political Report of the 11th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. - Elect delegates to attend the 26th Party Congress of the University. - Introduce candidates for the Party Committee Executive Board for the 26th term. - For the Party Congresses of the Faculty of Management Science and the Department of Political Science, in addition to the above contents, the Congresses will also include the following two items: + Discuss the Party Committee's Political Report + Elect the Party Committee for the 2010-2012 term.

II. THE 26TH CONGRESS OF THE SCHOOL'S PARTY COMMITTEE

1. Time and location of the CongressTwo days (scheduled for June 14th and 15th, 2010). - Preparatory session: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM, June 14th, 2010 - Official session: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, June 15th, 2010, at the Auditorium on the 8th floor, Building E.2. Contents of the Congress- Discuss the Political Report of the Party Committee for the 25th term. - Elect the Party Committee for the 26th term. - Discuss and provide feedback on the Political Reports of the Party Committee of Hanoi National University and the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. - Elect delegates to the Party Congress of Hanoi National University.3. Delegates attending the CongressThe principle for allocating delegates to the Party Congress of the University is based on the number of official Party members currently active in each Party branch and the position of each Party branch. The total number of delegates summoned to attend the University Party Congress is 125, allocated as follows:

III. IMPLEMENTATION ORGANIZATION

- Party branches must register their branch congress schedules with the Party Committee Office at least 7 days before the congress. - Submit congress documents: congress minutes, summary report of contributions to the draft Political Report of the University Party Committee, the Party Committee of VNU, and the 11th National Congress (each summary report separately), minutes of vote counting and ballots for delegates to the University Party Committee Congress, list of delegates to the Congress (according to the template), list of candidates for the Executive Committee of the University Party Committee for the 26th term (Party branch congress report, Congress resolution, minutes of vote counting and ballots for the branch committee for the two branches holding 4-item congresses) to the Party Committee (via the Party Committee Office) no later than May 21, 2010. - Delegates elected by the branch congresses to attend the University Party Committee Congress need to arrange their time to attend the Congress in full. The Party Committees of the branches are requested to disseminate the above contents to all Party members, cadres, staff, and students in their respective units and to effectively implement this plan.
