During the meeting, the working group made positive comments and highly appreciated the school's preparations for the election day, which will take place on May 22, 2016.
The polling station of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is polling station number 11 in Thanh Xuan Trung ward. The standing committee of the polling station has 21 members, with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Vice Rector of the University - serving as the head of the polling station, along with representatives from the ward People's Committee, leaders of functional departments and faculties within the University. To date, the preparation work of the polling station of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has basically completed the important stages:
- The voter list was publicly posted in the Information Room, including over 2000 students and 1 staff member from outside the province who are temporarily residing in Thanh Xuan district.
- Develop a plan for celebratory decorations according to the guidelines of the Thanh Xuan Trung Ward Election Committee.
- Actively promote the election process.
- When writing voter cards, do so carefully, meticulously, and in a proper manner.
- Assign tasks to relevant units and develop a detailed activity program for the election day taking place on May 22, 2016.
- Strengthen security and order, infrastructure, etc., in accordance with regulations.
The Party Committee and the School's Board of Directors have emphasized that this is an activity of great political and social significance for the country. The entire staff, faculty, and students of the school have wholeheartedly responded, actively preparing and exercising their legitimate rights and obligations as citizens. All preparations and the conduct of the election program on May 22, 2016, have been carried out seriously and effectively, without unnecessary formalities, contributing to further enhancing the political awareness of the school's staff and students.
