Highly appreciate the preparation work for the election day of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities

During the working session, the working group had positive comments and highly appreciated the school's preparations for the election day which will take place on May 22, 2016.

The election team of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is election team number 11 in Thanh Xuan Trung ward. The standing committee of the election team has 21 members, led by Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Vice Principal of the University as the team leader, along with representatives of the ward People's Committee, leaders of functional departments and faculties in the University. Up to now, the preparation work of the election team of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has basically completed the important stages:

- Publicly post the voter list at the Information Room with more than 2,000 students and 01 school staff member from other provinces temporarily residing in Thanh Xuan district.

- Plan the celebration decoration according to the instructions of Thanh Xuan Trung Ward People's Committee.

- Actively promote election activities.

- Write voter cards, conduct thoughtfully, carefully and validly.

- Assign units and develop specific action plans for the election day taking place on May 22, 2016.

- Strengthen security and order, facilities... according to regulations.

The Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the School have thoroughly understood that this is an activity of great political and social significance for the country. The collective of cadres, civil servants and students in the School unanimously responded, actively prepared, and demonstrated the legitimate rights and obligations of citizens. All preparations as well as the implementation of the election program on May 22, 2016 will take place seriously, effectively, without any formalities, contributing to further enhancing the political capacity of the School's cadres and students.
