The LLM test consists of 140 multiple choice questions. The test time is 195 minutes. Candidates complete the LLM test.in one exam session of each exam session.

The results of the National High School Exam are valid for admission to VNU and other universities.Colleges not affiliated with VNU have announced the use of the National High School Exam results and have been approved by VNU for admission.The results of the National High School Exam are kept for 24 months from the exam date.

This year, VNU will organize the Foreign Language Proficiency Test on computers for all 6 languages ​​(English, German, Russian, Japanese, French, Chinese).The test consists of 80 multiple choice questions. The test time is 90 minutes. The results of the foreign language test are only valid for the year of taking the test for admission consideration.to the University of Foreign Languages ​​under VNU and to universities and colleges not under VNU that have announced the use of foreign language test results for admission

In 2016, 7 more schools outside of VNU participated in organizing the exam and using the results of the National High School Exam for admission, including the following schools:Danang University of Architecture, Nam Dinh University of Technical Education, University of Natural Resources and Environment, Nguyen Trai University,Thu Do University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry and Da Nang University of East Asia

Youth Union - VNU Student Association and VNU Student Support Centeralso organizes programs to accompany students with many practical support activities.

The My Dinh Dormitory Management Board, under the Student Support Center, has reserved nearly 100 rooms, equivalent to more than 500 accommodations for candidates and their families coming to take the exam.

The accommodation system is fully equipped with amenities, private bathrooms, hot water heaters, ventilation fans, electric lights, etc.

The Youth Union - Student Association of VNU established Exam Support teams at VNU exam sites.With nearly 1,000 volunteers participating, coordinating with the Youth Union - Student Association of VNU units to set up exam locations to unify enrollment support work.
