The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is one of the largest and most prestigious universities. Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu, Associate Professor Dr. Bui Thanh Nam and the school's leadership and teachers always want to bring the best to students, especially updating the development situation according to the new era trends. Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu and the Student Affairs Department attach great importance to developing soft skills for students and are focusing on implementing activities that focus on supplementing skills for students, helping them not only acquire good knowledge but also develop good skills, including career orientation skills and soft skills, and find a job that suits their abilities after graduation. Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Thanh Nam believes that this program should be officially included in the open training programs at the school for students, the program should be researched, designed and trained specifically for the students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. This is a very good idea to create programs that are close to the training majors of the school.

Agreeing with the school's viewpoint, GPO has made very practical proposals to realize career orientation and soft skills development for the school's students. The company's representative, Ms. Do Thi Yen - a former student of the school - who has nearly 20 years of practical experience in recruiting and managing human resources for large corporations, multinational corporations at home and abroad, more than anyone else fully understands and grasps the needs of employers, what employers need, what students are lacking. Ms. Do Thi Yen wishes to bring her own experiences, practical experiences, the knowledge she has gained throughout her work to the students, contributing to the school's leadership to develop the school's training quality and bring practical benefits to the students. GPO's training programs are built from practical experiences. Students are updated with market information and practice examples and real-life situations that occur in companies and businesses. Furthermore, GPO also opens up immediate job opportunities for students with business partners associated with GPO.

The program will bring a lot of useful information not only for students about to graduate but also for new students, especially in orienting and determining their life goals.
