The University's inspection and legal affairs work has fulfilled its nhiệm vụ, deserving to be a leading unit of VNU in inspection and legal affairs.
In his keynote address at the conference, Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim emphasized several key tasks for the coming period, specifically:
In the coming period, inspection and supervision work should focus on university and postgraduate admissions and the end-of-semester II exams of the 2015-2016 academic year.
Heads of units are requested to pay attention to and direct staff, faculty, and students to participate in the elections for People's Councils at all levels in a timely manner and in accordance with regulations.
The Inspection and Legal Affairs Department continues to closely and promptly grasp new policies, resolutions, and regulations of the State, the industry, and VNU Hanoi to widely disseminate them to every staff member and student in the School with the aim of preventing and deterring violations of discipline and law, and maintaining order and discipline within the School.
Heads of units should continue to study the new documents disseminated at the Conference to fully understand, correctly and accurately implement, and apply them promptly; they are responsible for disseminating and conveying the content and ideas of the documents disseminated at the Conference to their staff, employees, and trainees so that they are aware of and implement them. At the same time, it is requested that heads of units coordinate more closely with the Information and Communication Technology Department so that information and communication technology work can be implemented more extensively and comprehensively in the future.
