Attending the program, on behalf of NQA Vietnam Certification Company Limited, there were Mr. Nguyen Khac Kim (Head of Delegation), Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan (member), Ms. Bui Thi Khuyen (member); on behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, there were Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa (Vice Principal of the University) and Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Duc Thuan (Head of the Department of Archival Science and Office Administration - representatives of the consulting unit.
At the meeting, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa (Vice Principal of the School) shared that the application of quality management according to ISO standards has been implemented since 2012, contributing significantly to improving the quality of the School's activities. Starting from 2019, the School has converted the quality management system from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 and has basically completed this roadmap so far. The School has also organized a number of training courses on improving the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standards. To continue to affirm the School's interest in this work, the Vice Principal, on behalf of the School, pledged to closely cooperate with the External Assessment Team in the assessment program.

On behalf of the External Assessment Team, Mr. Nguyen Khac Kim expressed his gratitude to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for choosing NQA Vietnam Certification Company Limited to conduct the assessment. He affirmed that the objective of the assessment program is to confirm that the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system of the University is being maintained and improved. Through this process, members of NQA Vietnam will point out strengths and weaknesses, thereby helping the units maintain and improve in accordance with the quality goals of the University.

After the opening ceremony, the delegation and the school units started working. The expert delegation assigned each expert to work with each unit to ensure the content, method and time of the assessment. The assessment delegation will review the processes, look for evidence of compliance and suitability with market requirements. Through that, there will be opinions to help the school improve and perfect the management process.
The departments evaluated include: Training Department, Political and Student Affairs Department, Administrative-General Department, Planning-Finance Department, Personnel Organization Department, Inspection and Legal Department, Scientific Research Management Department, Cooperation and Development Department, Training Quality Assurance Center.
At the end of the working day, the Evaluation Team concluded that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities had sufficient evidence and processes to achieve ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system certification. This strength shows that the University's quality management system has had a significant impact on the quality of key activities such as training and scientific research. The Evaluation Team will complete the next procedures and make a certification decision.
On her part, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa and representatives of departments and centers acknowledged and thanked the Evaluation Team for their dedicated work and frank contributions. The Vice President emphasized that achieving ISO 9001:2015 standards is only the first step in the quality management process. Therefore, departments need to review and further improve the quality of work to ensure higher standards.
