At the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Bui Thanh Nam (Head of Training Department) presented an overview of the implementation of the University's industry/specialization planning up to the present time and gave suggestions for each unit in the implementation process. Representatives of the units presented their plans and proposed adjustments to suit the actual conditions.

Concluding the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan highly appreciated the efforts of the faculties and departments in perfecting the structure of the industry and majors according to the approved roadmap. The Vice President also acknowledged the frank opinions shared by the units on the adjustment of the planning, including the construction of a number of new training industries and majors based on the orientation, new needs of society as well as the capacity of the unit.

Based on the discussions at the meeting, the School requests that faculties and departments that need to adjust the planning submit official written comments to the School as soon as possible. For majors and majors that have reached the implementation deadline, it is necessary to speed up the progress according to the roadmap, and majors/majors that have not yet reached the implementation deadline but meet all the conditions can be implemented early. In addition, units also need to continue to survey social needs and build conditions for opening new majors and majors to meet the needs of learners and in line with the development orientation of the unit and the School in the future.
