Speaking with USSH Medias on the sidelines of the PHER Project's 2023 activities in the United States, Rector Hoang Anh Tuan stated that the reform of Vietnamese higher education in general, and at national and regional universities participating in the Project in particular, needs to be carried out synchronously across all key areas and principles during the five-year implementation period and persistently in the early post-project years.
As a member institution of Vietnam National University, Hanoi participating in the PHER project, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is committed to maximizing opportunities for innovation and improvement in its operations. In 2022, the University engaged in discussions with PHER expert groups to focus on improving scientific activities, projects, research ethics, and more. In subsequent years, specialized areas such as internal quality assurance, modern public university governance, and the technological advancement of training and research will continue to be optimally explored.
