(VNU) At the national scientific conference "Promoting Vietnamese cultural values ​​as an important driving force for national development in the new era," held on October 10, 2026, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU), proposed strengthening the linkage between the State, universities, and businesses to transform cultural values ​​into resources for creative economic development, contributing to putting policies and guidelines on cultural development into practice.
