Accounting for more than 30% of the number of questions from students related to training issues, especially focusing on their concerns about learning, testing, and evaluating learning outcomes when applying the credit training method. Many opinions reflect that the study schedule and exam schedule sent to students still have many shortcomings, making students unable to be proactive in their studies; students have not received a list of subjects for reference before registering for the subject; the conversion points from year-based training to credit-based training are still not suitable, causing disadvantages for students... There are also opinions that although the new training form has been changed, the teaching method has not actually changed, so it has not created a breakthrough in training in general. Some opinions suggest that when grading papers, teachers should try to correct and comment on exercises and tests specifically before the end of the subject. Regarding the organization of classes, students think that the number of students is too large, which is not suitable for classes according to the credit model; Studying according to the course timetable makes students spend the whole day at school but actually only study a few periods in both sessions.

Some other opinions focus on contributing ideas to improve the quality of teaching and learning specialized English. Accordingly, the program is still heavy on theory and little practice, the lesson content is not rich, the facilities and equipment are not guaranteed to learn English effectively... are bold suggestions from students about learning and practicing one of the most important skills today for young people. Some opinions even suggest that some specialized subjects today should use bilingual documents to combine providing both specialized knowledge and specialized foreign language knowledge.

Following training issues, the number of questions focused on student affairs issues. Students were concerned about the upcoming tuition fee increase, criteria for scholarships, preferential treatment for disabled students, delays in granting scholarships to students, etc. Notably, some students suggested that the school pay more attention to job referrals or support information on job search for students after graduation.

Library-related work is also one of the issues that causes much frustration among students when they think that the books in the library are not diverse, the computer search system does not meet the needs, the seats are limited, and the lending period is too short so they cannot read all the documents effectively.

Regarding administrative work, most of the comments complained about the poor quality of desks and chairs, poor learning equipment, poor hygiene, and inconvenient borrowing of rooms for extracurricular activities.

In addition to the above main topics, some individual opinions mentioned improving the quality of activities of the Youth Union and Student Association of the School, promoting Party development work among students, enhancing dialogue between students and school leaders...

Most of the above questions were answered on the spot by those in charge. Some other comments were noted and considered by the school, and appropriate decisions will be made after this dialogue.
