There are three scholarships worth 1,500,000 VND for first-year students of the QH-2008-X course with good results in the 2008 university entrance exam, including Trinh Quoc Nam (Han Nom major), Pham Ngoc Trang and Nguyen Thi Thu Trang (History major).

Student Nguyen Ngoc Quan (QH-2005-X, Literature major) received an Acer laptop worth 10,500,000 VND. This is a fourth-year student with good academic achievements, with an average score of 8.8 last school year.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Dung (representative of the sponsor) said: From October 20 to November 25, 2008, Acer Vietnam Company cooperated with Microsoft to award scholarships named “Acer – For every beginning” to 40 students from 10 universities in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. In addition, the program “Acer – For every beginning” also sponsored schools to use free wifi for 1 year as well as created conditions for students to explore the latest technology products from Acer.
