Plan for a meeting and exchange among generations of key Youth Union officials to commemorate the 55th anniversary of the Youth Union of Hanoi University, now the Youth Union of the University of Science and the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi.This program is organized to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (1931-2011) and is an activity in response to the 2011 Year of Youth nationwide. 2011 marks the 55th anniversary of the development of the Youth Union movement at Hanoi University, now the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the University of Natural Sciences under the Vietnam National University, Hanoi. I. OBJECTIVES – REQUIREMENTS 1. Objectives:
- Meeting of generations of key Youth Union officials from Hanoi University (1956) to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the University of Natural Sciences.
- Exchange and traditional education for student union members from both universities.
2. Requirements:
- Information and communication activities have been widely implemented among faculty and students in the school.
- The organization is effective and makes a positive impression on the community and society.
II. TIME, LOCATION, AND PARTICIPANTS 1. Time and Location: From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on March 24, 2011, at the Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. 2. Participants:
- Comrades, the Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Youth Union of Hanoi University, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and the University of Natural Sciences.
- Guest representatives.
- Youth Union and Association officials, leaders of clubs, groups, and teams, Party members currently participating in Youth Union activities, and outstanding Youth Union members who are eligible for Party membership consideration.
III. PROGRAM CONTENT 1. Meeting.
- Summary of outstanding achievements of the Youth Union movement from the Youth Union of Hanoi University to the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Youth Union of the University of Natural Sciences.
- Presenting commemorative medals to mark the 55th anniversary of the Hanoi University Youth Union (now the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Youth Union of the University of Natural Sciences).
2. Networking.
- Topic of the exchange: Interaction with exemplary key leaders on life ideals and actions demonstrating the responsibility of youth towards the school, community, and society.
- Program name: Meeting and exchange between generations of Youth Union officials of Hanoi University, now the Youth Union of the University of Natural Sciences and the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

- Prepare gifts, commemorative plaques, and invite delegates.
- Compile a documentary film summarizing the outstanding achievements of the Youth Union movement from the University of Hanoi to the present day.
- Publicity: Fonts, posters, and publicity through various media channels.
- Prepare content for interaction and collaboration with guests.
- Contacting venues, preparing facilities, developing a script, and running the program.
