- Based on the draft plan of tasks for the 2008-2009 school year of the Executive Committee of the Student Association of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- Based on the 2008-2009 school year plan of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and the 2008-2009 school year work plan of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the School.
- Based on the conditions for implementing the work contents of the 2008 - 2009 school year.
- Cooperate with the School Youth Union to continue maintaining and developing more activity models to support student members in studying, scientific research and life skills.
- Maintain cultural and sports activities, volunteer activities to join the community with the motto: maximize the ability and creativity of each student member; increase the mobilization of resources outside the school for activities.
- Develop and improve the quality of student club activities.
Continue to research, gradually transform and adapt to the credit-based training model, build and promote the image of the youth movement of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- Thoroughly disseminate the contents of the school year plan to each branch.
- Coordinate with youth union organizations and seek support from Party committees at all levels in the process of directing the implementation of the school year plan.
- Promote the quality of personnel work from the selection stage to the training process.
- Develop specific criteria for evaluating emulation and rewards, and strengthen inspection work for units.

* In addition to the specific activities mentioned above, the School Student Association Executive Committee continues to maintain student support activities: giving away bus tickets for Lunar New Year, considering awarding scholarships to members with good academic performance (Bong Lua scholarship, Tiep Suc Den Truong scholarship, Nguyen Thai Binh scholarship, ...), opening school-level consulting and skills training classes, .... The School Student Association also encourages the Unions and Youth Unions to proactively build models to directly support members in their units.
- Based on the school year plan of the School Student Association, based on the practical conditions of each unit, the Executive Board of the Association branches builds and guides the branches to build and implement the school year plan of their level.
- The plans of the units need to closely follow the plans of the school's Student Union, and need to be specific for easy implementation and inspection.
- In addition to the general activities organized by the School's Student Association, units need to be proactive and creative in building specific activities for their units that are of practical significance to members.
- During the implementation process, units need to proactively report so that the School's Student Association can have a support plan as well as timely inspection.
- In addition to the above plan, based on specific conditions, the School's Student Association will have a plan to mobilize units to participate in extraordinary activities, activities organized by the Hanoi National University Student Association, the City Association and the Central Association.
