
Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim, Vice Rector of the University, attended the program.
With their foreign language skills and understanding, the group of students majoring in Japanese Studies, Faculty of Oriental Studies, were selected by the Japan International Exchange to represent Vietnamese students at an exchange with members of the delegation from the Japan Council for International Relations during their working visit to the Hanoi People's Committee. Their purpose was to share the thoughts and perspectives of Vietnamese students on issues related to culture and youth today.

The atmosphere at the gathering was cheerful and lively..
The program focused on four main discussion topics: youth culture, Japanese cuisine and globalization, gender equality, and public culture. The participants were third- and fourth-year students, as well as some students who had the opportunity to study in Japan as part of the Japanese Studies program. With their abilities, understanding of Japan, and specialized language skills, the students confidently expressed their Vietnamese perspectives on important cultural issues, gaining deeper insights and making comparisons between the cultures of the two countries.
