On the evening of December 21, 2011, on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army; and at the same time implementing the program of coordination activities between the Hanoi National University Youth Union and the 170th Naval Brigade Youth Union, with the consent of the Party Committee - Board of Directors of the University, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities Youth Union coordinated with Brigade 170 to organize a cultural exchange program.
