On the evening of December 21, 2011, to commemorate the 67th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army; and in accordance with the coordinated activities program between the Youth Union of Hanoi National University and the Youth Union of the 170th Naval Brigade, with the approval of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the University, the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in collaboration with the 170th Brigade, organized a cultural exchange program.
