On December 22, 2011, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Principal of the School and the Board of Directors of the Department of Archival Science and Office Management received a delegation from Gakushuin University (Japan) led by Dr. Ando Masahito - Head of the Department of Archives to visit and work at the school.
On December 22, 2011, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Principal of the School and the Board of Directors of the Department of Archival Science and Office Management received a delegation from Gakushuin University (Japan) led by Dr. Ando Masahito - Head of the Department of Archives to visit and work at the school.At the meeting, the leaders of the two sides discussed the cooperation plan between the two sides in the coming time in the following aspects: training, organizing short-term or long-term student and lecturer exchanges. Regarding scientific research, the two sides will coordinate to carry out common research topics on archival studies such as: theory and practice of document and archive work; policies on document and archive management, advanced experience in this work of each country and other related fields. Along with that, the two sides will coordinate to organize international conferences to announce the research results of each side and discuss new research directions... The leaders of both sides expressed their hope that the cooperation relationship between the two sides will achieve new developments in the future. The two sides agreed that in the coming time, there will be an exchange of documents and signing of an official cooperation agreement. Gakushuin University was founded 160 years ago, currently has about 9,000 students studying in the following majors: Law, Literature, Archival Studies, History, Psychology, Economics...
