International Seminar on Korea - Vietnam Relations

On January 13, 2011, the International Scientific Symposium with the theme "Korea - Vietnam Relations" was organized by the Center for WTO Studies and International Affairs and the Southeast Asian Research Exchange Program (SEASREP) and the Korea Institute for Southeast Asian Studies (KISEAS).
On January 13, 2011, the International Scientific Symposium with the theme "Korea - Vietnam Relations" was organized by the Center for WTO Studies and International Affairs and the Southeast Asian Research Exchange Program (SEASREP) and the Korea Institute for Southeast Asian Studies (KISEAS).Attending the seminar were Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim - Vice Rector of the University, Professor Kim Hoong Koo - General Director of the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies, scientists from Korean and Vietnamese universities. The seminar focused on discussing the main contents: Vietnamese education in Korea; Perception of Vietnam, image of Vietnam in Korea; Labor migration and life of Vietnamese workers in Korea. The seminar on Korea - Vietnam relations aims to promote cultural exchange and mutual understanding between the two countries and establish an academic foundation between the two countries. The seminar on Korea - Vietnam relations is one of the cooperative activities of the Center for WTO Studies and International Affairs and the Southeast Asian Research Exchange Program (SEASREP) with the Korean Institute for Southeast Asian Studies (KISEAS).
