The "Songs Dedicated to Uncle Ho" Arts Festival 2016

In response to the campaign to study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh and to commemorate the 126th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2016), on April 21, 2016, the Trade Union of Vietnam National University, Hanoi organized the "Songs Dedicated to Uncle Ho" art festival. Participating in the festival, the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities contributed three outstanding performances: a male vocal group performance of "Homeland Facing the Sun," a male solo performance of "The Song from the City Named After Him," and a mixed male and female vocal group performance of "Glorious Journey." These were the opening performances of this year's "Songs Dedicated to Uncle Ho" festival, which were extremely grand and impressive.
