Conference on Disseminating Law

The conference was attended by 83 delegates representing the leaders of functional departments and centers, the Standing Committee of the Trade Union, representatives of the Youth Union and Student Association, representatives of the leaders of faculties and departments, training assistants of various programs, student affairs and support assistants, and part-time inspectors of the units.

The conference heard presentations from speakers introducing documents issued by the State, the Ministry of Education and Training, and Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) in the recent past, including: the University Charter, the Regulations on College and University Admissions in 2015, documents on personnel organization, student affairs, document archiving, and training of VNU...

After listening to the presentations from the speakers, the Conference discussed the new points and reached a consensus on the implementation of the documents.

At the end of the conference, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim summarized the following points:

Firstly, it is suggested that heads of units continue to study the new documents disseminated at the Conference in order to fully understand and disseminate their contents to their staff so that they are aware of and implement them correctly.

Secondly, the Information and Communication Technology Department will continue its work of regularly and promptly inspecting, reviewing, compiling, and systematizing documents, adhering closely to the plan, and ensuring the implementation of legal dissemination and education in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
