The Rector emphasized: modern university management requires specific quantified output indicators to help accurately assess the quality of work as well as the level of development of the University. These indicators are considered in many areas: from indicators in training activities to indicators on articles and magazines published domestically and internationally; indicators on international integration through the exchange of staff and students; indicators on staff with qualified academic titles and degrees... On that basis, the University wants this information to be discussed and exchanged directly between units to create unity in viewpoints as well as share common responsibilities. In addition, from the construction of planning indicators, units will self-assess their strengths and limitations, as well as plan what needs to be done to promote the development of the unit in the general development orientation of the University in the coming time.

The leaders of the units also discussed and proposed solutions to complete the planned targets set for this year. The Principal Professor suggested that the leaders of the units quickly disseminate information and collect feedback from the collective, and promptly send an official dispatch on the development and adjustment of targets for their units so that the School can complete the allocation of targets for the 2017 plan and tasks.
