Over the years, the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University has had a close working relationship with Samsung in training Korean language skills for the company's employees. Through six courses, more than 100 Samsung employees have been trained at the University. The course lasts 12 weeks, with 10 consecutive lessons per day using a comprehensive Korean language textbook designed for Vietnamese learners. The course's output standard is equivalent to TOPIK Level 4 (maximum level 6). This is the Korean language proficiency standard for non-native speakers.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Associate Professor Tran Thi Minh Hoa expressed her joy at collaborating with a reputable company like Samsung, and affirmed that the University and the Faculty are always striving to improve the qualifications of the teaching staff and the quality of teaching activities. The Faculty of Oriental Studies is currently a reputable training institution nationwide in Korean language and culture, with a teaching staff that is mostly well-trained in Korea.
