This morning (February 24th), Ms. Ta Bich Loan, in her capacity as Head of the Broadcasting and Television Department, held her first seminar with her students on the topic "Blue Ocean Strategy and Entrepreneurial Spirit".

Share withVietNamNetAccording to Associate Professor Dr. Dang Thu Huong, Head of the Faculty of Journalism & Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in her dual role, Ms. Loan will be fully responsible for professional orientation, departmental development, faculty development, advising on curriculum framework development, and organizing training activities for students, etc.

“We have always wanted to connect training with practical needs, linking training institutions with employers in line with current trends. Journalist Ta Bich Loan possesses all the necessary qualities, including professional competence, experience, and especially pedagogical skills and great enthusiasm. That is why we invited Ms. Loan to this position, hoping she will be a bridge between training and career guidance for young people,” Ms. Huong said.

Speaking to VietNamNet, journalist Ta Bich Loan said she was quite surprised to receive an invitation from the school principal.

“The pressure will be much heavier, but having been given the opportunity by the State to study, train, and then work at the national television station, I also want to be able to share and do something to help the students. I accepted the additional role because I think I can contribute in some way, not seeing it as a position or a managerial role. What I want to focus on is organizing activities for students and guiding the department,” journalist Ta Bich Loan said.

Ms. Loan hopes "to learn from and gain more energy from young people with their enthusiasm, aspirations, and new ideas."

Given her capabilities, Ms. Loan said she has also considered creating opportunities for students to gain early access to professional activities, participate in filming experiences, and more.

"This new position also gives me the opportunity to discover students with good potential, thereby guiding and supporting them in creating a quality workforce for the country in general and the journalism and media industry in particular," journalist Ta Bich Loan expressed.
