On January 7, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU successfully organized the Conference to summarize the work of the Youth Union, Association - Youth and Student Movement in the 2022 - 2023 school year, and at the same time commended students and student groups achieving the title of 5 Good.

On the afternoon of April 13, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, in collaboration with the Center for Digital University Administration of VNU, organized a training course on the use of digital signatures for leaders of Faculties/Institutes/Centers/Departments under the school.

On the afternoon of March 18, 2022, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thanh Truong (Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) and leaders of a number of departments, offices and units in the University had a working session with Dr. Mac Quoc Anh (Party Secretary, Vice President and General Secretary of the Association; Vice President of the Anti-Counterfeiting Fund; Director of the Institute of Economics and Enterprise Development); Dr. Pham Duc Nghiem (Deputy Director of the Department of Market Development and Industrial Science Enterprises - Ministry of Science and Technology) and Ms. Tran Thi Trang (Deputy Head of the Department of Creative Startup Support, Hanoi Enterprise Support Center under the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment).

Based on the learning and training results of the first semester of the 2010-2011 school year, the School plans to list standard students of the courses: QH-2007-X, QH-2008-X, QH-2009-X, QH-2010-X to receive scholarships and social allowances in the second semester of the 2010-2011 school year.

Implementing the work plan for the 2012-2013 school year, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in collaboration with Me Tri Medical Station organized a health check-up for students of the QH-2012-X course.

University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the schedule of weekly student civic activities and traditional room tours for students of course QH-2012-X.

In the 2012 summer volunteer campaign, volunteer students from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities continued to Soc Son district (Hanoi). This year, there were 3 teams operating in 3 disadvantaged communes: Kim Lu, Duc Hoa and Dong Xuan, lasting from July 15 to August 5.

The annual dialogue between the school leaders and students of all courses was held on November 27, 2011. Attending were representatives of the Board of Directors, leaders of functional departments, faculties, departments, the Youth Union, and the Student Association of the school. Many questions were compiled and up to several dozen questions were directly raised in the hall, which were directly listened to, discussed and answered by the school leaders with the students.

Based on the learning and training results of the second semester of the 2010-2011 school year, the School plans to list students of the QH-2008-X, QH-2009-X, QH-2010-X courses of the School to receive scholarships and social allowances in the first semester of the 2011-2012 school year.

On May 17, 2011, the 16th Student Science Conference of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, academic year 2010-2011 was held.

On May 10, the History Faculty Union organized the third final round of the 2011 “Following History” competition. The competition aims to improve comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of history while creating a healthy and useful playground for students.

After a dramatic 6-meter penalty shootout, the female soccer team of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities won against the University of Foreign Languages, becoming the champion of the female soccer tournament of VNU, this afternoon, May 8, 2011.

To implement the registration and management of student information online, from April 29 to May 12, 2011, all students of the whole school will register information on the electronic information portal of VNU.

On April 8, 2011, the first Vietnamese Studies and Language Student Scientific Conference was held. There were 15 topics registered for research by student groups.

On March 26, 2011, in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Union and in response to the Youth Year 2011, the program "Light up your mind" was held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Hanoi with the participation of many students and guests.
