Based on the program of work of the Youth Union - Association and student movement of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the 2011 - 2012 school year, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union and the Secretariat of the Student Association guide the units to summarize the activities as follows:
1. Purpose and meaning- The Union and the Association summarize and evaluate the basic contents of the work plan for the 2011-2012 school year, highlighting the results achieved, pointing out the limitations and lessons learned. - The report is concise, with specific and rich data; there are proposals, recommendations and solutions for implementation in the coming time. - The units introduce new, creative features, good models, bringing practical efficiency in work.
2. Summary content2.1. Regarding political and ideological education, ethics and lifestyle for union members and students: Emphasize the results of political activities at the beginning of the school year, summarize the movement of studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, aiming to build a disciplined and civilized school environment, grasp the situation of ideological developments among union members and students, etc. 2.2. Regarding the work of supporting students' learning and scientific research: Emphasize the assessment of the role of the Union - Association in supporting professional activities, scientific research, school discipline, etc. Introduce effective ways to accompany students in supporting skills during the credit-based training process. 2.3. Regarding cultural and sports work and social activities: Evaluate the results through the organization of cultural and sports activities, the attraction - gathering union members and members to participate in the common activities of the School, social activities, volunteering, etc. 2.4. Regarding the work of building strong youth union branches and associations, the Youth Union participates in developing the Party: Focus on evaluating the role of youth union branches and associations; propose effective ways to implement activities of youth union branches and associations, manage union members, classify union members (by semester, school year); Evaluate the work of introducing outstanding union members to the Party, the role of student party members, outstanding union members in the Party's target group... 2.5. Lessons learned and recommendations for directions of activities in the 2012-2013 school year (main directions) 2.6. Self-recognize emulation titles and propose rewards (criteria, number of collective and individual rewards according to the emulation guidelines of the School Youth Union)
3. Report on performance and reward proposal- Report on the results of the 2011-2012 school year and the commendation proposal must be submitted to the School Youth Union Office before June 5, 2011 (Tuesday). - The commendation proposal includes: + Official letter requesting commendation (list of commendations arranged in order of priority for the proposed collectives and individuals at all levels, with confirmation from the Party Committee, Faculty/Department Board) + Report on the achievements of the proposed collectives and individuals. The report must clearly and specifically state the roles that the collective (or individual) has undertaken. + Table of emulation scores for the school year of the Union and affiliated branches (according to the attached form), with specific explanations and illustrations. + Summary table of the results of the evaluation of the branch's members (according to the attached form)

4. Regulations on classification of branches4.1. For the Strong Youth Union: - Develop a written work plan for the school year and submit a report to the superior; implement that plan well. - Organize the union members of their unit to fully participate in mandatory activities for union members; actively participate and achieve many achievements in the optional activities of the School Youth Union and the Union Branch; complete well the tasks assigned by the School Youth Union and the Union Branch. - Have at least 2/3 of the total number of union members ranked as Good or higher. - Collect and pay union fees, summarize and report fully and on time. 4.2. For the Good Youth Union: - Develop a written work plan for the school year and submit a report to the superior; basically implement that plan. - Organize the union members to fully participate in mandatory activities for union members; participate in general movements and perform some tasks assigned by the School Youth Union and the Union Branch. - At least 1/2 of the total number of union members are classified as Good or better. - The collection and payment of union dues; the summary report is fully implemented. 4.3. For Average union branches: - At least 1/3 of the total number of union members are classified as Good or better. - The collection and payment of union dues and membership dues are not completed by the time of submitting the application for review to the School Union.
5. Regulations on the number of collectives and individuals proposed for rewardsBelow is the basis for the Executive Committee of the Union/Union Association of the unit to organize the review and propose annual awards: 5.1 Percentage of individuals proposed for awards at the School Youth Union level - For Strong Youth Union branches: maximum 2% of the total number of Youth Union members of the branch - For Fair Youth Union branches: maximum 1% of the total number of Youth Union members of the branch 5.2 Percentage of collectives proposed for awards at the School Youth Union level: Units selected to propose awards must not exceed 25% of the total number of Youth Union branches
6. Competition ranking of unitsBased on the unit's annual competition score sheet, based on the conclusion of the School Youth Union Inspection Committee and the School Youth Union Organization and External Relations Committee, the Youth Union Standing Committee and the School Student Union Secretariat will review and decide to recognize the competition titles of the units. The Youth Union Standing Committee and the School Student Union Secretariat request the units to promptly deploy, develop and complete the documents in section 3 and send them to the School Youth Union Office on schedule. Any unit that does not submit within the prescribed time will not be considered for competition and rewards.
