Purpose, meaning- The Union and the Association summarize and evaluate the basic contents of the work plan for the 2011-2012 school year, highlighting the achieved results, pointing out the limitations and lessons learned. - The report is brief and concise, with specific and rich data; there are proposals and recommendations and solutions for implementation in the coming time. - The units introduce new and creative features, good models, bringing practical efficiency in the work.2. Summary content2.1. On the work of political and ideological education, ethics and lifestyle for union members and students: Emphasize the results of political activities at the beginning of the school year, summarize the movement of studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, towards building a disciplined and civilized school environment, on grasping the ideological developments among union members and students, etc. 2.2. On the work of supporting students' learning and scientific research: Emphasize the assessment of the role of the Union - Association in supporting professional activities, scientific research, school discipline, etc. Introduce effective ways to accompany students in supporting skills during the credit-based training process. 2.3. On cultural and sports work and social activities: Evaluate the results through the organization of cultural and sports activities, the attraction - gathering union members and members to participate in the common activities of the School, social activities, volunteering, etc. 2.4. With a Strong Youth Union branch: - Develop a written work plan for the school year and submit a report to the superior; implement that plan well. - Organize the union members of their unit to fully participate in mandatory activities for union members; actively participate and achieve many achievements in the optional activities of the School Youth Union and the Union Branch; complete well the tasks assigned by the School Youth Union and the Union Branch. - Have at least 2/3 of the total number of union members ranked as Good or higher. - Collect and pay union fees, summarize and report fully and on time. 4.2. With a Good Youth Union branch: - Develop a written work plan for the school year and submit a report to the superior; basically implement that plan. - Organize the union members to fully participate in mandatory activities for union members; participate in general movements and perform some tasks assigned by the School Youth Union and the Union Branch. - At least 1/2 of the total number of union members are ranked as Good or better. - The collection and payment of union dues; the summary report is fully implemented. 4.3. For Average branches: - At least 1/3 of the total number of union members are ranked as Good or better. - The collection and payment of union dues by the time of submitting the application for review to the School Union is not completed.5. Regulations on the number of groups and individuals proposed for rewardsBelow is the basis for the Executive Committee of the Union/Union Association of the unit to review and propose annual awards: 5.1 Percentage of individuals proposed for awards at the School Youth Union level - For Strong Youth Union branches: maximum 2% of the total number of Youth Union members of the branch - For Fair Youth Union branches: maximum 1% of the total number of Youth Union members of the branch 5.2 Percentage of collectives proposed for awards at the School Youth Union level: units selected to propose awards must not exceed 25% of the total number of Youth Union branches6. Competition ranking of unitsBased on the annual emulation score table of the unit, based on the conclusion of the School Youth Union Inspection Committee and the School Youth Union Organization and External Affairs Committee, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union and the Secretariat of the School Student Association will review and decide to recognize the emulation titles of the units. The Standing Committee of the Youth Union and the Secretariat of the School Student Association request that the units promptly deploy, develop and complete the documents in section 3 and send them to the School Youth Union Office on schedule. Any unit that does not submit within the prescribed time will not be considered for emulation and rewards.
