From May 10th to 18th, 2008, Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, visited and worked with several universities in the Russian Federation. During the trip, several cooperation agreements were signed between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and universities in Russia.

During the trip, several cooperation agreements were signed between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and universities in Russia.
Specifically, this includes:
* Agreement on student and faculty exchangebetween the Academy of Asian and African Countries (Lomonosov Moscow State University) and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities
Accordingly, students and faculty selected to participate in the exchange and research program will study and conduct research at the host institution for a period of one year, one semester, or one month, depending on the course. The curriculum and other conditions will be agreed upon by both parties.
Agreement on cooperation in training and scientific researchbetween the Department of Psychology, Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Department of Psychology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities
The main areas of cooperation include: annual exchange of students, postgraduate students, and lecturers; exchange of scientific information; joint organization and implementation of research projects, scientific conferences; joint compilation of textbooks; and publication and exchange of publications in the field of Psychology.
* Cooperation agreement between the Moscow State Academy (University of International Relations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation) and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities
Areas of cooperation include: exchange of delegations and experts for the purpose of exchanging and sharing scientific information and management experience; inviting partner delegates to attend scientific conferences and seminars; exchange of education experts, scholars and management staff, students, and postgraduate students; exchange of scientific documents, publications, and textbooks for learning and research; joint organization of research programs; joint organization of scientific conferences, etc.
